We just finished up the Junior State Championships on Saturday. What a season this year! We attended three competitions, had a performance at Seattle U, and have upcoming performances for the UW and the Pac-12 championships all in the next three weeks. Then we get to take a little BREAK! We chose not to attend Nationals this year. At first I was really sad about that decision, but there just wasn't enough interested team members to make it happen this time. Now I'm glad because this decision was made before my cancer diagnosis, and with all the time I've had to devote/will have to devote to fighting this disease, I'm glad planning for Nationals isn't on my plate too.
Next year, however we are planning to come back better than ever and attach both State and Nationals by storm! So watch out...Let's! Go! Eastside!!!
